Would if I could. I've used it in the past. Problem is, very few places have a sufficient public transportation network. Even places like Los Angeles have very little in the way of sufficient public transportation. Our nation's infrastructure is simply not built up that way. Here in the Washington metro area, as I look out my office window, I see that they are adding four more lanes to the beltway...that'll be a total of 14 lanes! But they aren't doing anything to add to the metro train system. In fact, despite almost overwhelming use, they can't seem to keep it from going into the red. I bet if they turned it over to a private business, they could and they could expand it.
