How might Judaism be secular or religious?

The rules must be enlivened by the Teacher, the Holy Spirit so we can hear God's voice, not just follow rules. It's that time in civilization. So Jews come to a crossroad and give up their religion instead of get an upgrade from Jesus' teachings.

Same way any religion can be secular... you keep some traditions and celebrate the holidays because it's fun, other than that, you don't believe in that crap.

if a jewish person keeps (or at least tries to keep) the commandments of the torah, that s a religious jew.
if they dont, they are a secular jew
