You think that it would be a good idea to go to a far away college in Texas and see the world instead of staying in the place that you have been living for the past 10 years. I seem to get real bored with this county I am living in (I do not live in DC, like an hour from it). It seems like ever since I have graduated from highschool, I realize that I do not have very many friends to hang with. It sucks because I always see all these people that I am 'friends' with on facebook and they always hang out and have fun with their lives and the only thing I am doing is working two jobs and taking summer courses for my college at NOVA (Northern Virginia Community College).
I feel very lonely and just sit at home and do nothing. I am not even a nerdy person or a person who doesn't like to socialize, I love to socialize, but it seems that all of my friends have other friends that they would much rather hang out with and I am more of a 'social contact' than an actual 'friend'. I want to move, get out and make new friends in San Antonio and actually do something with my life, I know that life isn't all about fun but, I've worked so much, when does it come time for me to take a break?
My dad always said that if you don't know how to be sucessful when you're young, you'll never be sucessful later in life. Well, you think that if I don't learn to how be happy when I'm young, will I ever be happy in my life?
