How much does it cost to get my DSi fixed ad Game-tek?

Ok, so, I got a DSi for Christmas in 2010, and it worked perfectly until 6 months ago (I guess), the L and R buttons weren't working well, and i tried to fix them by myself by blowing to them as I saw on a tutorial on YouTube, and I fixed them. But now, 2 months ago, my DSi wouldn't turn on. Well... It would, but then, 15 seconds later, it would turn off. AND, the L and R buttons wouldn't work. So yesterday, I asked my mom if she could take me to GameStop and see if they could fix it, but before I went there, I checked my DSi to see if the problem was still there, and it was, but now only the BOTTOM screen turned on. but 5 minutes later, both screens turned on, and today, both still turn on. They told me at GameStop that they couldn't fix my DSi, HOWEVER, there are three stores near my house that MAY fix it. So yesterday at night, I went to the first one, and the DSi wasn't on the fix-list/menu, however, they could still fix it, but as I saw the prices to fix an XBOX, PC, PS, etc. (MORE THAN $200), I knew my mom wouldn't let me pay for it, because she told me that if it costs more than $50 to fix my DSi, I would have to TRADE it for a NEW one, but the problem is that I don't know if I will lose my Flipnote Hatena account, or the games I bought/downloaded for it. So now I have Game-tek (which is closer to my house) and the other one... Which... I don't know the name because I can't find it on Google Maps.

How much does it cost to get my DSi fixed there? Do you guys have any idea what the problem may be? How can I save the games I bought/downloaded for it (If I have to trade it)? And, what will happen to my Hatena account if I have to trade it?

HELP!!!!!!!!!!!!

It would cost more to fix it than to get a new 3DS in all likelyhood. You woudn't lose Flipnote (if I'm correct) because it has some things online (don't quote me on this)

I would call Nintendo Support about the games, because you should be able to transfer them to a new system if you bought them before and your DSi is broken.

Honestly don't know what else to say about this, unfortunately. Good luck if nothing else.
