The only phones that would considered an "upgrade" would be a smartphone. My dad is hesitant because of the data plan that comes along with it. I tried looking on their website and couldn't find how much it is to upgrade to a basic data plan. My dad said that it would be like 20-40$ more a month PER phone. Is that true?
