How much is fixing up this old Camaro going to cost?

I have an 84 sports coupe camaro I want to restore. The engine is tight, so that doesn't need any adjustments. Here are some things that I need to fix though:
•New fuel lines
•Empty the fuel tank
•New windows
•New paint
•New upholstery

How much would all this cost at a grand total? Thank you!
