how much is the cancellation fee for a rogers contract?

hi,im an undergrad student in k-w region,ontario.
i found rogers have a really bad signal.
i cant send/receive any thing in some parts of campus and classrooms as well as toronto subways,
while my roomate who gets bell have his cellphone work everywhere.
so i want to cancel it now.how much would i have to pay?
