How much is the iPhone 5 from T-Mobile?

I want to buy the iPhone from T-Mobile, but I've been with Metro PCS for all my life. I don't know anything about T-mobile.I want the white, 16 GB iPhone 5. How much is the plan and the phone together? Do I have to sign a contract? Someone please help me. I really need this information. Thanks!
 
With thier new "no contract" plan its 99 $ but if you terminate before you pay off the whole phone you have to pay the remainder of the price left over. Its 99 $ up front but they add 20 $ on your monthly bill untill the phone is paid of. You can now terminate your "contract" anytime without paying a termination fee but you have to pay for the remainder cost of the phone that you have not paid off
