How much would it cost to get a large package picked up and shipped?

I'm thinking about getting a TV but it's in Connecticut. It needs to get to Florida and they won't ship. I want to find out how much it would cost to schedule a delivery and then have it shipped. I would just use an online service but everyone I've tried requires that you open an account with them and i don't want to do that. Just asking for advice: has anyone had experience with this? It's a pretty big TV, 47" flat panel with accessories. HELP?!
