to blow.? battery good, car won't start, wipers run when turned on even in off position, fuse keeps blowing for wipers, heater core burned out. Car has been sitting aprox. 3 months since last start.
Does not need rewired just fixed. If you pay someone about 50 an hour plus parts. Why not just do some reading and looking on the internet and figure out how to fix it yourself with a few questions here or a board just for that make car.
