my younger brother just broke it by accident and we need to know how much it would cost to replace it, plus the average cost of hiring somone to fix it.
 
mobile glass companies show up and replace it on the spot. Typical cost is about $250, but I could be underestimating it. Look in the yellow pages under glass or auto glass and call for estimates.
