How much would it costs to fix a window wiper on a 2000 Pontiac grand prix?

how much would that costs or would it depend on where i live and how much would it cost to fix a leaking steering fluid tank.........please i need help good help seriously!!!
oh yeah and the driver window wiper works but the passenger one does not and if i try to move it manually it just moves so effortlessly but the driver one doesn't...
And how much would it cause to fix an automatic window that doesn't respond anymore it's just stuck on an opening and i can't pull it up manually
the wiper was trying to move it was twitching a little my baby is still kicking i call her ponny

i have a monte carlo which is built the same way as the grand prix.. any way i had the same problems with my wipers and it was because i tried to push off heavy snow with them.. anyways before you start replacing everything try loosing up both main bolts on both of the wipers. turn the wipers on and if they both dont move you did it right, if they do loosin it more. then put them in there cradles and tighten the bolts back up.. this readjusts them. now turn them on and see if they both work!! i hope this helps!!
