im only 18. i jsut moved into a new apartment. i called to get the power hooked up and they couldnt do it cause they said i had to be 19. i was just wondering if its the same age to get cable/phone and internet too. i think its weird that you need to be 19 since a lot of people move out at the age of 18. oh and i live in new brunswick canada if that helps .
