I LOVE ANIMALS,
as when im older i wish to work at the spca and go to peoples house and take the animals that are being treated horribly ,or tell the owner to fix up there property, or to helped animals that are trapped,
but im 13 . so i cannot just yet, how old do i have to be to just VOLUNTEER?
