How old do you have to become a Chauffeur?

I am 23 years old... Ever since I hired a chauffeur to take me to the airport from my home... I love'd the idea of doing it. However, I noticed many chauffeur drivers have gray hair.... in other words they are much older than me. Does anyone think I could become a 23-year-old chauffeur? I know car rentals... you have to be 25... to rent a car... i don't know if that could be a similar case/
