How old do you think you should you be before posting videos or photos

of yourself on the internet? I'm 15, and I've only ever posted photos of myself on Bebo, with the setting on private so only my friends can see...
And I mean that, I only ever add people I know in real life!

BUT, I've seen people as young as 12 posting pictures of themselves publicly, or on websites where there isn't any option for a privacy setting.
And I've also seen on youtube, kids uploading videos of themselves...


Which made me think,
How old should you be before posting photos of yourself without any kind of privacy settings?
And what about videos, should the age for that be different or the same?


Personally, I'd never post photos or videos of myself that anyone can see until I'm at the very least 16, especially not videos!
What do you think?

Ah, good point...
I mean just general photos, not anything revealing or smutty!
 
for private viewing for the people you know there doesnt need any restriction. but yes, parental guidance is very necessay..
and as for the public pics and videos, legally talking, he/she should atleast be 18 so as to be responsible for his/her acts.
there r many weird people on the net who just love interfering with some private stuffs which could affect soeone very badly.. so self control is best control...
 
Probably would have a lot to do with how mature they are and what type of photo's they are.
 
What you post to the internet, can be seen and reused by anyone.

I think, maybe age 75 should be a good minimum...
