how painful is plastic surgery to remove a cyst?

I'm going on monday and I now I asked this question before--but I didn't get as much response as I would've liked. This is my only option, so don't give me other possibilities to get rid of it, because I am getting plastic surgery and that's that.

How much will hurt?
How long will it take?
Does getting the stitches after hurt?
And how severe is the pain after?
