I've been using an exercise bike every single day, religiously. How soon can I expect to see results? Originally, I was biking for 20 minutes and burning approximately 80-100 calories. Due to pushing myself, now I bike 40 minutes and burn approximately 190-210 calories in that time. There are days where I can't quite get 40 minutes (I have a disability) but I always do at least 20, and I'd say 5 days a week minimum I can get the 40 minutes out. How soon can I expect to see my legs trim up a bit and get some muscle definition? I'm trying to lose weight AND tone up. I realize the weight loss must come first. I'm only eating 1500 calories per day. I'm 5'2" 145lbs. I need to lose 20lbs.
