How should I cook my steak?

I got this steak and I really don't know the best way to cook it without a grill. All I have in my apartment is a foreman grill and an oven with a broiler. I've never used a broiler before and have no idea how to or how long a steak would need to stay in there for.

I would cook it on the Foreman. If it's a thick steak 6-8 minutes on each side for rare, longer for more doneness. Season with salt and pepper and a bit of garlic.
