In Oct my husband and I signed a 2 year contract with team mobile. We decided to go with the samsung phones. About 2 days with the service we noticed that when we tried calling out that our calls were being dropped and when people would call us it would go to voicemail. So we called customer service and they sent both of new phones(same kind) as soon as we put our sim cards in a tried calling out it would drop the call. So we keep on calling and they would tell us to turn off the phones and all that crap. So in Dec I was so fed up I asked about getting new phones but we were told we would have to pay full price. So i asked about renewing our contract and they told me no i couldnt cause we had only been customeres for 2 mths.So she said she would just give me a good discount. So we got the W490. And again the calls were dropped. So today i called and they said they said the only thing i could do is BUY another card. And i was told that when i called in dec they did renew my contract.
