How to back up your outlook when switching from Bell to Rogers?

My friend needs help backing up her emails, folders, and address book from her outlook account as she is switching from Bell to Rogers' internet service. She is a business so this is vital to make a smooth transition. Can she back up to a computer and load again? Or will everything stay? How does this work? Please help. Thanks!
