How to block the user from deleting the browsin history in internet explorer?

I would like to know how to block any unwanted users from deleting the browsed history in internet explorer?
Please give me the necessary suggestions and steps to be followed.

I think that is impossible, you gotta go to the options menu on the toolbar, but kids will always find a way of deleting it...
