How to Bulk properly? Bodybuilding?

I am sorta confuse... I just dropped 5lbs, lost my belly fat but I look a lot smaller now and I am scared that if I begin to eat a lot again, I will just go back to my regular shape. I do lift.

How do you properly bulk without getting fat?

I don't want copy and paste answers or 5 paragraph answers.
