How to buy wax for my legs?

I'm 13 and my mum doesn't like me getting my legs waxed at a salon and won't let me buy wax from shops. My holidays are nearly over and for my summer school uniform, we have to have out legs bare and I'm really embarassed to go with hairy legs because believe me, there are so many people who will make fun of me. How can I buy some wax without mum knowing or how can i buy it??
