I have a DVD recorder and Direct TV. Currently, I have to leave the recorder on in order to watch DirectTV (even if not recording) and it prevents me from watching regular broadcast TV. (I don't have local stations through the satellite). I don't want to burn my unit out early when it doesn't get that much use.
I can't find instructions in the book to figure out how to amend this. Can someone suggestion something? I have a new Poloroid 32 inch TV and a Toshiba VHS/DVD recorder. Thanks!
