how to catch my sister smoking?

My sister says she doesn't smoke but i think she does. When she was away i checked her purse and found an empty bag and it smelled in thier. and every morning for the past couple weeks the slding door has been open. she says its because she wus hot and needed air.

How do i catch her? and how do i react? do i tell on her?
