how to change blower motor on 1995 chevrolet caprice?

the a/c or "vent" on my vehicle will only work part times. I think its the blower motor?? in my previous vehicle I was experiencing same problem.

the air blowing from my vents will work sometimes. like it cuts in and out sometimes... but when it does cut out, if I smack my dashboard, right above where the passengers' feet would be, it cuts back in. Its weird. OR if its not working while Im in park waiting for somebody... and they get out of my vehicle and shut the door hard..it cuts in.

what could this be other than blower motor? only reason I hit the dash above passengers' feet is because that's where it was in my previous vehicle.
 
there is as cover where you smack under the glove compartment.un plug the wire connector ( 2 wires in the connector) unbolt the blower motor ( 3 to 4 bolts) and then remove the blower motor. install in reverse order
check the connector too see if it was plugged in all the way
before you remove the blower motor it rarly happens but possible
check the connector end/ replace if burned
