How to change iTouch Language from Japanese to English?

Ok, So I was being stupid and I decided to change my iTouch Language to Japanese.. I can't read Japanese. I just wanted to see if the language on the Apps would change too or if it was just for the Safari, Notes, Calender, etc.
Now.. I don't know how to change it back! Help! Please say like "Go to the Setting button and click on the 3rd from the bottom button." or something like that so I would understand what to do!
 
Go to Settings and hit the third selection, the one with the settings icon on it. The thirteenth selection (it is also the second from the bottom if that's easier to find) on the next screen should be International-- select that and the first option on the next screen is Language. Hit that and you should pull up the list of languages. Good luck.
