How to charge iPhone 4(won't sync usb)?

This is the second time my iPhone 4 won't sync with any usb i have like 4 iPod charger's none work i reset did all that, first time apple "fixed it"months ago. Is there a charging pad to charge iPhone without the sleeves since the pads require a sleeve that my iPhone won't read, i tried this, is there any other method to charge my phone
