I work at wendys. Im 17. Every day, we go through nothing but gossip. We have a manager who has been suspected of never taking a shower, another one who has came to work drunk a few times. The managers dont help with the gossip. Another thing, I get into trouble for doing something another manager taught me, when another wants it done a different way. I hear about the manager now showering complaining about me calling off on work. I called off once last week, I even found a replacement, and stated my reason was school. Which is was. What can I put in my letter about how the management needs to shape up?
