Okay so I got a 69 for my test paper, and my college has this general guideline for exams which states that marks of 69, 59, 49 will be reduced to 68, 58, 48. It doesn't make sense right?
And the guideline also says that all marks of 39 will be raised to 40.
How do I complain about this matter to the college through e-mail?
Also, any strong reasons to support my stand?
