So a friend of mine has done a whole lotta stupid things and had her internet and phone access taken away. I know that there is a very high likelihood that she has run away from home, so writing a letter will not work. She's just been expelled so I cannot see her face to face, and I'm really concerned about her. Is there any other way of contacting her?
