I tried to buy my vip yestrday & got a message from imvu the next day telling me there was a problem & i should call the customer service number. I did but the machine ask me to enter my ID followed by # then enter my password followed by #. Now the problem is i dont know what ID they are talking about or where do i find the ID number, and i dont know the password. I tried writing my imvu passsword but that is not correct. Where can i find the ID and password for my imvu account?
