I have 2 cod loins that are pretty thick. about 2 inches thick to be exact. the last time i cooked them i baked them in the oven with some melted butter and lemon pepper. instead of coming out flaky and delicious, they were stringy and chewy.
how can i cook these to perfection because if i mess them up this time im throwing them all in the garbage
my cooking options are bake/broil in oven, or grill outside on the gas grill
