How to dent out rims?

I have small dents on the outside of my rims on my car, they are just basic hubcap rims, and I need to know how to hit them out. They are from hitting maybe little potholes that just dent the outside edge a little. Any ideas? thanks

man you cant hit them out go to the hood and tell sancho you need some dubz

Is this on the outer edge/lip ? there is a tool for straightining them It is tuff to bend them back into place.
If the circle is pushed in / out of round best to replace it.
