How to download music on iPad?

Hi..
I have an iPad Mini iOs 6.1.3
I want to download music DIRECTLY to the iPad's Music App..
I have some apps like iDownloads + which download music files...but only to their own library.

So my question is , if there is a way by which i can download or transfer music files directly to iPad 's Music App ( stock iOs musiic app)
without the need of a computer..
