I've been invited to a dress up party and I have to dress up as Lily Van Der Woodsen from Gossip Girl. I don't want to wear anything too fancy, ie: a ballgown, but I do want to look like her, maybe just a bit more casually. I also need advice on how to do my hair and make-up.
