How to eat less, still be healthy and balanced?

i just moved to US, few years ago. I realize that i eat so much more than before. Also, i take dance classes and have a very fast metabolism. I need to eat less, because every time i eat, i feel guilty and my stomach looks bad hanging. I do crunches but i still look the same. How much i eat: 2-3 bowl/plates of food and a lot of fruits and drinks. Sometimes, some junk foods. What should i do when i get so hungry?
