So 6 or so months ago I had moved into a new place and my neighbor and I became best friends fast. He brought this wounderful idea up that could save us both money. That is to join his Verizon family account which was great. Now he moved and we are not best buds anymore, one of the biggest reason is. I have no service at my house and called Verizon so they are going to issue a free network extender. He now won't answer calls regarding it so I can at least make calls from home and is probably going to keep it since its worth money to sell it... So I'm left with poor or spotty service and he gets to keep getting money from me to sell the extender lol not fair in my eye so I'm trying to see if there is a peaceful way to end this contract with out to much craziness. Now before Verizon said they would give me the network booster they said they could let me out of the contract but I don't see that being possible without his name or user passwords.. so if anyone can shine some light on this please do so by all means thank you!
