How to find most logical meeting place between 4 towns using geometry?

draw a line between the towns furthest to the east and west

then draw a line between the towns furthest to the north and south

where these 2 lines meet...that would be the most logical meeting place



btw this is a GUESS..so i could be wrong..but thats what i would do
