How to find the frequency of a chanel I want in sattelite?!?

Hi,I live in Asia and in my country I can`t search this because all of the sites about sattelite is blocked! So I want help,I want to find the frequency of virgin,M6 music,Cnn chanels and some Italian,Spanish or French Chanels which is about musics and shows and u recommend,I want to know the frequeny of that chanels in Hotbird,Arabsat or Nilesat I told,Can u help me?! thanks
 
See Lyngsat.com The frequencies are listed there for most services, so you can at least tune them.

Now, some channels may be encrypted. Lyngsat cannot hep you there, other than direct you to the provider of those channels so you can subscribe to them.
