how to fix a 2001 Chrysler voyager radio?

So i have a 2001 Chrysler Voyager and my radio is pretty much frozen. i cant change the stations or hear anything from the radio except like this tapping noise like its tapping the songs on the radio. i don't know if its a loose wire or what. tell me what i should do....

Probably go to a radio shop, or the dealership. If it's in the radio, the radio shop can probably repair it. The dealership should have an exchange program.
