How To Fix A Cagllari Daytona Carburetor?

While I was riding my Cagllari Daytona pocket bike the screw on the bottom of the carburetor came off. So I went into my garage and found a screw that would fit. I found a screw but it was way longer and as I was putting it in it broke and I can't get it off. Now the gas just comes out of the little tube on the carburetor and I can't ride it. Please help?
