How to Fix a Squeak in my truck?

i have a squeak in my 94 nissan hardbody truck every time i make a
sharp turn doing like 7 or 8 over....i turned my wheel all the way to the left and got my truck up to 10 mphs and every 4 or 5 secs it would squeak...please help....i think it is my stocks not being greased up, thats what my uncle told me....should i bring it to the nissan dealership?

plus, also when i turn my truck off the fan belt stops to fast, how to fix this problem?

i would start with greasing the truck find a manual and locate your grease fittings and grease the truck that might fix it
that's a start
remember this truck is 15 yrs old
it might be something as easy as greasing it or replacing bushings
