How to fix my labtop?

Ok this is the problem every time i cut my labtop on it has the options of safe mode. Every time I click Start Normal it Will load up but when it gets to the user account menu the screen will blank out and you'll still hear he Startup Sound. But every time I click start in safe mode it'll start up with the screen showing and everything else. It's an
