How to fix Nokia N96 when it says...?

I dropped it accidentally and now when I try turning it on it says 'failure to start up, contact the retailer". Ive taken the battery out put it in again, shaken it to hear if anythings lose
 
turn on ur phone........ after this press these four keys simultaneously
1. * key
2. 3 key
3. Calling/ green key
4. turn on/off button

leave the phone to restart remember ur contacts messages and files will be lost.

if this doesn't work go to nearest Nokia Care Centre
 
You'd better contact the seller whom you bought it from, he will help you to figure it out by himself or contact the Nokia professionors.
