How to fix whistle noise in interior? Lexus gs400?

I have a lexus gs400. At 40mph a whistle noise starts up and stops after or b4 40mph. Does anybody know how to fix this problem? I open all the windows, close all the vents and fan the noise still occurs. Any body have any idea please help. Thanks

How about the stereo and speakers ? Did you check if the sound is coming from those ?

check your window frames.They can get bent out of shape from slamming doors,accidents,attempted break ins,etc.With the window down open the door and put a dollar bill between the window frame and the roof line and close the door on it,if it slides back and forth you have an air leak.Open the door and hold it stationary while you bend the window frame in.Close the door and recheck it
