Im talking about girls who I dont know the ones who for example work at the mall theres this smoothie place in the food court where its loaded with attractive girls one of them who is particularly friendly with me.

Or any other girl who works at the mall that I would like to get to know
I can talk to girls In class but random ones I just dont know what to do since they're strangers and I dont know anything about them other than where they work

how do you meet girls outside of school

I had to take a smile. But to communicate with a girl outside of school is a very easy task especially if your a friendly, clean and handsome person. If u just say hi, are give a girl a compliment she might respond. She might not like you at that same moment but if you know how to keep a conversation flowing and she likes what she's hearing, then you guys could become friends. Then who tells what could happen after that.
