How to get a job at T-Mobile?

I went online to their job site and applied and also took the assessment test and shortly after I got a email saying I pass.
Also should I wait for a manager to call me ... How do these things work

Should I call some managers from some local stores?

Also What should I tell them? Thxs!

I got 3 years experience of customer service and sales.

I reccommend calling T mobile directly and when a customer service rep comes on tell them you want to know how to become one too. It shouldnt be too hard but I bet the job is cool. I did this once and got a telemarketing job that way.
