163 Pounds.
I started working out , but i dont know how to make a proper workout schedule. i Do Crunches , i
use the running cycle also. can anyone help with how many crunches i should do. how long i should run on the cycle & if doing it every other day would work?
Also i drink milk right after working out . so let me know if i should eat right after working out
